Terms of use
constat.dev is operated by Health AI. By using this site or its API/MCP endpoints you agree to these terms. Last updated 2026-07-11.
1 · What this site is
Constat publishes structured analyses derived from public FDA and CMS records — 510(k) and De Novo summaries, recalls, MAUDE reports, inspection data, and reimbursement records. The underlying government records are public; the parsed fields, extraction methodology, audit figures, presence-rate statistics, predicate graphs, and lifecycle linkages presented here are original compilations by Health AI.
2 · Permitted use
You may browse the site, look up individual devices, run searches, and query the MCP endpoint within its published rate limits — free of charge, for your own or your organization's internal evaluation and decision-support. Citing individual figures or device records with attribution (a link to the relevant constat.dev page) is welcome.
3 · Dataset license — what requires permission
The following require a written commercial license from Health AI:
- Bulk reproduction of the parsed corpus or any substantial portion of it — by scraping pages, enumerating the sitemap, or systematic API/MCP extraction.
- Redistributing, reselling, or republishing the parsed fields, statistics, or extraction output, in any format.
- Using the corpus or site content to train or fine-tune machine-learning models.
- Incorporating the data into a competing product or service.
Interested in the dataset itself? That is a product we sell — write to hello@healthai.com for licensing, bulk access, or a design-partner arrangement.
4 · Rate limits and access controls
Anonymous API and MCP access is rate-limited per client; higher metered limits are available with an API key (see /connect). Circumventing rate limits, rotating IPs to evade them, or otherwise defeating access controls is a violation of these terms.
5 · No advice, no warranty
Everything on this site is statistical pattern analysis of public data — descriptive decision-support, not legal, regulatory, coding, or reimbursement advice. Extraction quality is audited and the figures published, but the data is provided “as is” without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify against primary FDA and CMS sources before relying on any figure.
6 · Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the current revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@healthai.com.
