Data handled by the service

• Standard request metadata used to deliver and protect the service, including network address, user agent, timestamp, route, and response status.
• Bounded MCP usage telemetry: tool name, keyed or anonymous access, result status, and a shortened one-way hash derived from the caller network address. Tool arguments are not written to the analytics dataset.
• Email address and selected interest when you voluntarily submit a subscription or contact form.

Purpose and data boundaries

Request data supports delivery, rate limiting, abuse prevention, reliability monitoring, and aggregate product usage analysis. Email information is used to respond to the request or provide the update selected in the form. Constat does not require patient records or protected health information; do not include personal or sensitive health information in tool arguments, feedback, or forms.

Service providers and public sources

Cloudflare provides hosting, network protection, storage, and operational analytics. Resend may process email delivery. Tool calls can retrieve public records from FDA, CMS, NHTSA, and linked public sources. Those services process requests under their own notices. Constat does not sell personal information.

Choices and requests

You can use the public MCP tools without creating an account and can avoid submitting an email address. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email hello@healthai.com. See the terms of use for the service and dataset conditions.
